so placement will be going in every college, and mostly the placement season will be in a fast mode like it will start in a wink and end in a second. so before the placement season only you must be prepared and learn all the essential skills from aptitude, coding and be prepared for the interview also. Do adequate research about every company that comes to your college. All the best with your placements.

Hi, I'm a second-year student currently learning DSA. I've been facing difficulty with problem-solving logic. I'd appreciate any tips or resources to get better.

This is a common problem Monisha, do not worry.... see after your tried your best to build your own logic if it didn't work try ai and then after the coding solving,

try to understand that logic line to line and get those methods and learn them. In this way you will Definitely improve your logic building over time.

That’s great, Tanush! It’s awesome that you’re taking the initiative to learn DSA. To crack coding rounds, you should focus on the following key topics:

Arrays and Strings – Basics, sliding window, two pointers.

Linked Lists – Reversal, cycle detection, merging.

Stacks and Queues – Infix/Postfix, monotonic stack problems.

Hashing – HashMaps, frequency counters, anagrams.

Recursion and Backtracking – Combinations, permutations, N-Queens.

Trees and Graphs – Traversals, BFS/DFS, shortest path algorithms.

Binary Search – On arrays and on answers (like in optimization problems).

Sorting and Searching – Merge sort, quicksort, binary search variants.

Also, practice on platforms like LeetCode, CodeStudio, or GeeksforGeeks. Consistent problem-solving is the key. Logic building is key
